    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks and Paypal (online only). We do not accept Medicaid payments at this time.

    BY MAIL
    • Fill out the Sound Clarity order form. Click here for the Order Form.
    • Include your name, full street address (Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes) and daytime telephone number (We will only call you if we have questions about your order).
    • If you would like your order to be shipped to someone other than to the billing address, please fill out the shipping address section, including a full street address (Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes).
    • MINNESOTA RESIDENTS, please add 7.275% sales tax to your order. There is no sales tax on clothing and hearing aid batteries.
    • Include full payment with your order, including sales tax (or include your tax exemption number if applicable), and shipping charges (Shipping and handling charges are shown on the order form).
    • Make checks, money orders and cashier's checks payable to Sound Clarity. Amounts must be made out in U.S. funds only. If you prefer to charge your order, please include the credit card number, card security code (CVV2) number, expiration date and signature.

    BY PURCHASE ORDER
    We accept purchase orders from approved State and Federal agencies, credit approved businesses and dealers, schools, and school districts. Orders typed on company letterhead may be substituted for purchase orders. Orders are billed Net 30 Days. To avoid duplication, please do not fax and then mail a copy for confirmation unless the mailed copy is clearly marked as “Confirming only.”

    SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES
    Rates are shown on the order form and are for one order shipped to one address. If you would like your order shipped to more than one address, the shipping charges will apply to each address based on the value of the shipment to that address. The shipping charges shown are for the contiguous U.S. states only. Additional fees apply to other states and International destinations.

    FOREIGN ORDERS
    Payment for orders from outside the United States must be in U.S. funds only, and made payable to Sound Clarity. We do not accept foreign orders online – please call for phone orders and shipping/handling costs.

    PROMPT DELIVERY
    In-stock items will be processed and shipped “Best Way” within 48 hours of the day we receive your order. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the day your order was entered. Notices of backorders are sent immediately.

    RUSH ORDERS
    For an additional charge, overnight, two-day, or three-day deliveries are available via UPS. To guarantee express delivery of in-stock items, orders must be received by 12 noon, Central Time.



    RETURN POLICY

    Please examine the Software or Product when you receive it. Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of order. If any item is damaged, you must report the damage immediately to the shipping carrier and also notify Sound Clarity (DO NOT ship the package back to Sound Clarity). Sound Clarity will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than five (5) days from the date the order shipment was received.

    If you wish to return or exchange a product(s), you must do so within 30 days of shipment. Software, special orders, DVDs, CD-ROMs and videotapes are NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective or a shipping error was made on our behalf. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-477-2995 (Voice/TTY) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Then complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment. Carefully repack the merchandise using its original packing materials and carton and enclose any manuals and warranty cards as well as the Return Form. Enclose the product box in a shipping box to protect the product. The RMA number MUST appear on the outside of the shipping box, next to our address as indicated below. (To receive a refund, the items must be in the original carton and in “like new” condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and RMA number included. If these criteria are not met, Sound Clarity reserves the right to refuse the return or to issue an in-store credit instead of a refund. Merchandise must be received by Sound Clarity no later than ten (10) days from issuing the RMA number). Sound Clarity reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.     Returns WILL NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. (If 30 days have already passed from the date of shipment, please follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions for repair service).

    Sound Clarity reserves the right to refuse a return if items are determined to have been damaged or abused, or to charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee if products are returned without the original packing materials, all instruction manuals and warranty cards.
    You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returns.

    DAMAGED ITEMS
    If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging materials. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing. Report the damage immediately to the carrier. Do NOT ship the package back to Sound Clarity! Instead, wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package. Call Sound Clarity so that we can process a replacement for you.

    SHIPPING ERRORS
    Shipping errors must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order delivery.



    WEBSITE PRICING

    Shipping costs reflected on your order are for the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations will cost more. To determine the exact cost, please call or send a question to our customer service team.

    All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing due to manufacturer cost increases or website software errors or typographical errors. You will be notified of any price changes before we process your order.
