    BY MAIL
    • Fill out the Sound Clarity order form. Click here for the Order Form.
    • Include your name, full street address (UPS will not deliver to a post office address) and daytime telephone number (We will only call you if we have questions about your order).
    • If you would like your order to be shipped to someone other than to the billing address, please fill out the shipping address section, including a full street address (UPS will not deliver to a post office address).
    • For Iowa residents only, please add 5% sales tax to your order.
    • Include full payment with your order, including sales tax or exemption number and shipping charges (Shipping and handling charges are shown on the order form).
    • Make checks, money orders and cashier's checks payable to Sound Clarity, Inc. (in U.S. funds only). If you prefer to charge your order, please include the credit card number, expiration date and signature.

    Fax your completed order form or purchase order day or night. Please remember to include your credit card number, expiration date, daytime phone number and your signature.

    BY PURCHASE ORDER
    We accept purchase orders from approved State and Federal agencies, credit approved businesses and dealers, schools and school districts. Orders are billed Net 30 Days. To avoid duplication, please do not fax and then mail a copy for confirmation unless the mailed copy is clearly marked as Confirming Only.

    SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES
    Rates are shown on the order form and are for one order shipped to one address. If you would like your order shipped to more than one address, the shipping charges will apply to each address based on the value of the shipment to that address. The shipping charges are for Continental U.S. cities only. Additional fees apply to other states and International destinations.

    PROMPT DELIVERY
    Items in stock will be processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. If an item is backordered we will immediately notify you by mail.

    RUSH ORDERS
    For an additional charge, overnight or two-day deliveries are available. To guarantee Overnight or Second-Day delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon Central Time. Please call for a price quote.



    RETURN POLICY

    Please examine the Software or Product when you receive it. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Sound Clarity at once. Sound Clarity will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.

    If you wish to return or exchange a product(s), you must do so within 30 days of shipment. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-477-2995 Voice/TTY for a return authorization number (R.A.N.). Then complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment. Carefully repack the merchandise using its original packing materials and carton and enclose any manuals and warranty cards as well as the Return Form. Enclose the product box in a shipping box to protect the product. (To receive a refund, the items must be in the original carton and in “like new” condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and R.A.N. number included. If these criteria are not met, Sound Clarity reserves the right to refuse the return or to issue an in-store credit instead of a refund. Merchandise must be received by Sound Clarity no later than ten days from issuing the R.A.N. number).

    Returns WILL NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. (If 30 days have already passed from the date of shipment, please follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions for repair service.)

    Sound Clarity reserves the right to refuse a return if items are determined to have been damaged or abused, or to charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee if products are returned without the original packing materials and all instruction manuals and warranty cards.
    You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returns.

    DAMAGED ITEMS
    If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging materials. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service). Do NOT ship the package back to Sound Clarity! Instead, wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package. Call Sound Clarity so that we can send you a replacement.

    SHIPPING ERRORS
    Shipping errors must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order.



    WEBSITE PRICING

    Shipping costs reflected on your order are for Continental US only. Expedited shipping or shipping to international destinations will cost more. To determine the exact cost, please call or send an email to sales@soundclarity.com. If you place an international order without calling, we will notify you via email of your options for shipping costs.

    All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing due to manufacturer cost increases or website software errors or typographical errors. You will be notified via email of any price changes before processing your order.
