At the HLAA convention in Orlando, I purchased a Freedom Mach I. I tried it on the spot with my cell phone and was impressed that for the first time I can hear on it with my hearing aid in. I use the cell phone only when really necessary, but it was really annoying having to take the hearing aid out and struggle to hear on the phone. The same was true at home.  Since I got home, I tried your device and it works!  The volume is way down, and I can still hear. It's amazing.

First, let me thank you for the quick service you gave us. The telephone (Clarity P300) arrived very quickly.  It was great dealing with your courteous people and getting the service we received.

The telephone was interesting and when we installed it, Gloria, my wife's sister, who is partially paralyzed as the result of a stroke, got into it immediately. Her whole face lit up and it seemed she really liked the idea of pictures for the programmed dial. She was making calls the next day and was so excited that she was telling everyone who came into the room about her new telephone.  

Combining your good service and the pleasure of the instrument (at a reasonable price) made the whole venture one of real value.  Thanks for all you did to help us.  Our need for special equipment is going to be ongoing.  I have put you on my list of "Valued Vendors".
