Detects any alarm sounds
Attach the transmitter to the siren of an existing alarm unit, such as a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector, with velcro (included). When the transmitter is activated, it will signal the alarm monitor receiver with the corresponding alert (smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, weather alert). A similar transmitter can be used with the Weather Alert Radio for severe weather alerts, see the Weather Alert Transmitter. Not for use with the Midland WR300 Weather Alert Radio.
